Coaching Packages
Different schools and organizations benefit from differentiated support. We offer two basic packages. Both can be tailored to fit your needs. Think global or think local. Our ideas travel wherever they're needed.
The Oceanic Package
For large schools, districts, or online organizations with a large clientele and staff who seek to design and develop an ongoing strategic plan for integrating PBL and AI.
This package includes needs analysis, large group presentations, ongoing team coaching, and AI training for teachers. Every teacher will learn the basics of PBL 2.0, receive feedback on project design, master the art of Learning Missions, plan for student voice and neurodivergent classrooms, and know how to implement visible thinking and process-based assessment into student portfolios. Leadership sessions included.

The Reef Package
For smaller schools or those with financial constraints, we offer a series of five one hour presentations to staff, along with three hours of coaching. Staff learn to use basic AI tools and PBL methods to design Learning Missions that can be adapted to either teacher-led or student-centered classrooms. Teachers also learn to use AI-assisted assessment tools designed for the PBL classroom that help teachers move to the process-oriented, visible thinking routines necessary to track student progress through projects.
The three hours of coaching can be individualized or offered to small teams.
The Reef Package is an excellent, high impact introduction and launch solution for schools beginning their PBL 2.0 journey or for schools aiming to upgrade their PBL work.
