The Neuro-Inclusive Difference

Most corporate training is built for one type of thinker. We design for cognitive diversity — learning experiences that work for every brain on your team.

Designing for Cognitive Diversity

Our programmes are built from the ground up to support neurodivergent and neurotypical thinkers alike. When you design for the widest range of minds, everyone performs better.

Better Processes for Everyone

Teams that design for neurodivergent thinkers build clearer documentation, stronger feedback loops, and more transparent workflows. These are not accommodations — they are performance improvements.

17 Years of PBL Design Experience

Our approach is grounded in decades of project-based learning research and practice. We bring deep expertise in inclusive design to every engagement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is project-based learning (PBL)?

Project-based learning is a methodology where teams learn by working on real projects rather than sitting through modules or lectures. In a corporate context, this means your people build skills by solving actual problems your organisation faces — using AI tools, collaborating across functions, and producing tangible deliverables along the way.

Can this be delivered remotely?

Yes. Both programmes can be delivered fully remote, fully in-person, or in a hybrid format. Remote delivery uses live, facilitated sessions — not pre-recorded content. We adapt the format to suit your team's location and working preferences.

How do you scope for our team size?

We start with a conversation about your team, goals, and current stage of AI adoption. From there, we recommend a programme and adjust the scope — number of sessions, coaching hours, and format — to match. Pricing reflects these variables, which is why we provide a range rather than a single number.

What does neuro-inclusive design mean in practice?

It means every session, resource, and activity is designed to support different thinking styles — not just the dominant one in the room. We use varied formats, clear process documentation, multiple ways to contribute, and structured collaboration so that neurodivergent and neurotypical team members can all do their best work.

How long does a typical engagement last?

The Foundations Programme typically runs over four to six weeks. The Enterprise Partnership is longer — usually eight to twelve weeks — depending on team size and the depth of coaching involved. We work with your schedule to minimise disruption.
